This month, we are excited to announce that our September Kingdom Builders will highlight local projects that are close to our hearts here at The Church of Garden Valley (TCOGV). We believe in not only building the Kingdom of God but also enhancing our church community to ensure that every member feels welcome and included.
Our Focus for September
1. New Chairs for Our Gathering Spaces:
We are in the process of updating our seating to better serve our congregation. The new chairs will provide comfort and accessibility for everyone who joins us for worship, fellowship, and events.
2. A Lift for Our New Addition:
One of our most important projects is installing a lift in our new foyer addition. This is not just about making our church more accessible; it's about ensuring that all members, regardless of physical ability, can participate fully in the life of our church.
We have several members who are currently unable to use the stairs, including one of our beloved staff members, Dalon. As we transition our offices into the new foyer, it is our priority to make sure Dalon can work alongside the team in his new office. This lift will not only help Dalon but also serve many others in our community who face similar challenges.
